I named this piece ‘Countryside Idyllic’ as I feel the house, the grass, and the background all give off the feeling and the emotion that encompasses the word “countryside”. Such a stunning village house surrounding by rolling hills and greenery.
On a cold, Spring day, I ventured to Leeming in West Yorkshire. Upon entering the village, I stumbled across this place and just knew I had to take my time and get the right shot.
Leeming is a charming village located in the picturesque countryside of Oxenhope, West Yorkshire. The village is surrounded by stunning natural beauty and is known for its peaceful atmosphere, friendly locals, and historic architecture.
Leeming has a rich history dating back to the medieval period, when it was an important centre for agriculture and trade. The village was home to many skilled craftsmen, including blacksmiths, weavers, and carpenters, and was an important hub for the wool trade.
